Air's Thai Culinary Kitchen , founded in 2004 by Mr.Chanrat Karatna - affectionately known as 'Air'- was born from a deep passion for authentic Thai cuisine and a heartfelt desire to share the magic of Thai food with the world.

The Journey Begins with a Love for Travel 
Air's path into hospitality began unexpectedly in the early 1980s, when he worked as a tour guide during his university years. What started as a part-time job soon ignited a lifelong love for cultural exchange and travel. With years of experience in both tourism and the restaurant business - including running Air's Bistro for several years - Air later pursued graduate studies in Tourism Industry Management at Chiang Mai University . This academic journey inspired him to bring together his two great passions: food and travel. He envisioned a place where guests could not only taste the rich flavors of Thai cuisine but also learn how to recreate them, wherever they are in the world.
